The Mighty Angel, little Scroll, and measuring the Temple

John is told, do not write what the voice of the Seven thunders spoke. He is told to take the scroll and eat it, then in chapter 11, he is told to measure the temple, the altar, and them that worship therein. How do you measure a worshipper, what standard do you use, or better yet, how do you measure up?
