not my job to pull the weeds

Jesus tells a parable about a farmer who planted a field with good seed (the gospel),but someone snuck in and planted some bad seed in amongst the good. the workers volunteer to go pull the weeds, but the farmer tells them, to wait. If you go pull them now, you will likely damage the good wheat as well. besides, he already has a crew assigned to seperate the wheat from the tares.
